Shipping & Return Policy
The Gray Way Baby is only capable of fulfilling orders shipped to the US.
Orders over $75 and shipped within the contiguous United States qualify for free ground shipping. If your order requires additional shipping due to the size, destination, etc. we will contact you directly with personalized shipping options.
Standard shipping rates apply. The standard shipping rate for packages that weigh less than 5 lbs is $4.90.
Items are shipped within 4-7 business days of the date the order is processed. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days and in many cases sooner. Weekends and holidays excluded. Expedited shipping is offered at an additional cost.
Depending on the availability of items in your order, you may receive separate packages. Often times you can expect to receive multiple shipments with a large order.
Please triple check your shipping address. We send your order to the exact address you provide and are not responsible for incorrect information.

What is your refund policy?
At the Gray Way Baby, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a full refund. You may return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that items must be unused, unworn and in the original condition you received them in with original tags attached. Please return authorized orders in original form and packaging. To receive authorization, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Specify your order number and which item(s) you'd like to return and we'll provide instructions on how to return the products back to us. As soon as the package is received your refund will be processed. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
Please note, we are unable to provide prepaid return shipping labels for any orders.
In the case of a damaged or incorrect item, we will make sure all articles are replaced in an expedient manner. You can simply contact us and provide a picture of the damage and we will take it from there. This must occur within 24 hours of receiving the package.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not liable for packages lost in transit.
